Being single on Valentine’s day is
for many people a reason for feeling unhappy. Most people around us are in fact
single . So every year you can see on your friends’, relatives’ or colleagues’
faces how angry and unhappy the are that they don’t have that special one to
spend the day with. And maybe you’re one
of them (I am too :p ). But trust me, that special one will come one day. But
don’t wait for that moment to come, just
enjoy the freedom of being single and do the things that you enjoy the most.
There is no reason for feeling miserable.
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
1)Spend the day with your friends.
You probably feel lonely. So what’s better
than being with the friends? If you’re single and some of you’re friends are
single you should totally get together and have fun. You can go to the movies,
for a drink or get dinner.
Ps: Don’t spend your time together talking about how
unhappy you all are. Just go out and have fun.!!!
2)Spend the day with your family.
If all of your friend are in relationships or
just busy, you could spend time with you family. The best solution would be
spending time with your siblings, but you can also spend time with your parents
or any other relative. Don’t feel ashamed, everyone feels lonely sometimes.
3)Spend time alone.
Maybe
all of your friends and relatives are busy. But you can always spend time
alone. Try something you’ve never done before, buy yourself a bar a chocolate,
take care of yourself, go shopping, read a book, go to the gym etc. Do something that you really love doing.
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
To
sum up, you really shouldn’t be unhappy with being single on Valentine’s day
when there’s so much to do with all the people that you already have in your
life or alone. Forget all about it and have fun. After all, Valentine’s Day is
only once a year and it’s just another regular day. Don’t forget that one day
you’ll be with someone special too and if you wished you could go out with
someone you like, just ask them. In case they say no, know that you tried and
it’s wasn’t you’re fault. You have absolutely nothing to lose. And who knows,
maybe I’ll find the courage to do it myself…
Happy
Valentine’s day everyone <3
